1. The Service

KoalaReviews provides an AI-assisted workflow for managing your business's online reviews. Our service drafts responses; however, the final authority remains with the user.

2. The 7-Day Trial

Trial users receive full access to the KoalaReviews platform for seven (7) days. No credit card is required. Following the trial period, access to drafting features will pause until a subscription is activated.

3. Professional Responsibility

While KoalaReviews uses AI to synthesise venue data and guest reviews into draft replies, the user is solely responsible for the content published. Every reply must be reviewed and approved by the user before being posted. KoalaReviews is not liable for any published content or its impact on your business reputation.

4. Acceptable Use

This service is designed for businesses that actively engage with their customers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that utilise the service for bulk automation without human oversight, or for any purpose that violates Google's Terms of Service, including Google Business Profile policies.
